We all have some bad habits that we would like to change don't we?. But changing a bad habit is not as easy as what people think. And you know it is. I've seen thousands of people sign up for new gym memberships every day and within less than four weeks they've already thrown in the towel, never to step foot in that gym again. Don't be like them.
